"911 RV Repair is the only place me and my family will take our big boy toys. Over the years the I have drifted from Camping World to Tom's RV repair to the local truck repair guys. When I found RC and the 911 RV repair team, I knew this was it! When my fridge in the Class A stopped working. One local RV shop tried to sell me a new computer for $259 + $240 in labor and diagnostic, Camping World wanted to sell me a new fridge. When I called 911, RC was friendly, took the time of day to ask all the right questions. I was provided with multiple scenarios and costs. What ended up happening was I took the RV in, they took a look at the fridge and instead of replacing anything, they reset the fail safe using a jumper wire on the circuit board and with in 5 minutes, the fridge was up and running. I was advised to keep the RV level at all times and the reason the fridge did not turn on even after multiple off/on power cycles was because the computer detected an internal fault that could have been dangerous, requiring a factory technician to inspect and reset. They didn't charge me a penny and advised me that when I had a REAL problem that need fixing to bring the RV back to them. They even showed me how to fix this problem next time it happens. In our family, we have a dodge Ram 3500, Ford Flex, 42ft Thor toy hauler, a 35ft Class A RV, a Polaris RZR 1000 turbo xp4 and a Yamaha AR 230 High Output Jet boat. 911 RV Repair has the knowledge and know how to service and maintain all of my vehicles. My class A RV, the generator fires first time every time, the coach runs smooth as butter, AC is cold and fridge is always on point. The RZR gets a looking over every year before I hit the dunes. They even showed me how to change my own belt saving me $160 each year. The Yamaha's twin supercharged engine sings at 7500 rpm all day long. Their honest, ethical approach to vehicle repair and maintenance is fantastic. I have never had that nagging feeling that I paid for something I might or might not have needed. For the last 20 years, I have been heavily involved in the automotive world from building race engines, to wiring, to engine tuning, fabrication and welding. I am also a race team owner / driver that travels the USA competing professionally.
